Here is the book that I am in love with these days. I follow a blog where I found out about this cooking book. I tried to buy it on ebay (my first attempt at bidding) but I was unsuccessful, so we decided to check it out and find it in the local library. I had to wait a week for the order but finally I got it yesterday.
The book is amazing and I will buy it for sure.
It is about simple cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients that you can buy at farmers markets or you can grow in your garden if you have the ability. This is the book that I have already followed (unconsciously) in Hungary and i will follow in the future as well.
I plan to dig myself into it by reading and experimenting the recipes so you will see some of my cooking and baking based on Alice Water`s recipes in the near future.
now, I've become a fan of italian cooking books. i love the way they create foods with couple of ingredients!! i am sure i would love.this book too.
