Bread Pudding Recipe with Pictures

I will share a nice bread pudding recipe with you today. It is easy, fast and uses all the ingredients that you have in the kitchen.
I actually tried this recipe after tasting a bread pudding at Christmas and it came out pretty good, I have to say. I also took some pictures for you so you can see step-by-step how to prepare and bake the pudding which looks (and tastes) like a cake.

Let`s see what is going on.... First, the ingredients one by one.

You will need:

5-6 big slices of bread that it not fresh. It can be even a week old.

1 stick of butter or margarine.

2 cups of milk. I used almond milk but you can use other types too (regular, coconut, soy..etc).

4 eggs (not 2 as in the picture!)

Cinnamon or other spices that yo would use in a cake that reminds you of Christmas.

Sugar. I used brown but you can go with regular white or any other type.

Some salt.

Vanilla extract.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.

Melt your butter or margarine.

Drizzle the melted butter over the bread that you had cut into cubes.

Mix the ingredients (milk, sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon) in a mixing bowl.

You will get a nice mixture that you need to pour evenly on your cubes of bread.

Let the bread soak in the milky mixture for 10-15 minutes.

Put it in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the edges are brown.

Bon appetite!

PS: you can serve the bread pudding with ice cream, syrup but the best option is some creamy liquor like Baileys. :)
